We created this store to help those who travel the Camino de Santiago, trekking trails, urban walks or long-distance routes, to do so with more comfort, ease and awareness.
D'origem no Caminho was born as a natural extension of our casual store, Dorigem Shop , already located in Caminha, Portugal, with over 30 years of experience in the sector. Now, we've expanded our challenge: offering not only everyday style but also technical and functional equipment for those who live the Caminhos.
Technical and reliable footwear
We carry a wide range of trekking and outdoor shoes, from waterproof models to lighter options for urban trails. Brands like Hoka , Nnormal (by Kilian Jornet), Merrell , On Running , New Balance , and Teva are part of our selection, as well as some Birkenstock models, ideal for a well-deserved rest after a hike.
Clothes for all stages
Here you'll find thermal shirts, stretch pants, windbreakers, and waterproof jackets designed to adapt to variable climates and long distances. We work with technical brands like The North Face , Joluvi , Columbia , and others, recognized by those who hike the Camino.
Functional backpacks and accessories
We have backpacks ranging from 10 to 80 liters, including waterproof Ocean Pack models, ideal for both short hikes and long journeys. We also offer technical waist packs, rain covers, poles, hydration systems, and other essential accessories for those who want to travel light and organized.
Body and energy care
We know that self-care is part of the journey. That's why we offer a selection of anti-blister products, anti-chafing and soothing creams, sunscreen, bandages, kinesiotape, and energy, protein, and vitamin bars. We also have reusable plastic and metal bottles.
A space to take care of your feet
At our physical store in Caminha, we offer a simple but highly valued service: a space for blister treatment and light foot massages. This is especially useful for those arriving after long stretches of the Camino de Santiago or other demanding routes.
